- Return & Exchange Conditions
We provide a 30-day return and exchange guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, you can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days. The following are the basic requirements for returns and exchanges:
Return conditions:
The product must be in original condition, unused, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging and additional accessories.
For customized products, such as printing or personalized design, we do not accept returns unless there is a quality problem with the product.
Please provide proof of purchase (such as order number or email confirmation).
The returned goods must be sent back within 30 days after the return application is submitted.
Exchange conditions:
The size, color, etc. of the exchanged product must match the product in your original order.
If you wish to exchange, please indicate the exchanged product when applying for a return.
